No need to speak English at this event. Some people don't speak English at all! 🙂

With a mix of foreigners and Japanese participants, the atmosphere is amazing. If you're interested in hiking, please come and join us. Thank you so much.

Prepare yourself for a beautiful setting. There are numerous secret little alleys and locations in this area!

To start off, we will visit the stunning Ikeda Castle grounds and explore the Koi carp pond (please note that the koi sleep during winter).

We'll even make a stop at a zoo where you can feed the animals. The best part is that entry to the zoo is free! Afterward, we'll embark on a super easy walk up Mt Satsuki and enjoy the panoramic 180-degree views!

In addition, you'll find small Shochu distilleries tucked away in the back roads, including Osaka's only famous Shochu distillery. There's even a huge slide for some extra fun. There's something for everyone!

To get a glimpse of our previous visits, please check out our photo album on Facebook.

To experience what our walks are like, we highly recommend watching these two YouTube videos:

  1. VIDEO: Gorgeous Ikeda Castle and grounds...paradise that few people know
  2. VIDEO: Satsukiyama Amazing views...270 degrees views

Prepare to be amazed by the unbelievable scenery. We guarantee that everyone who joins this hike will be surprised by the beauty and diversity of plant and tree life that they have never seen in their own city!
