6:10 PM - 6:30 PM: Informal conversation session, organized according to French proficiency levels

6:30 PM - 7:45 PM: Structured conversation in small groups, catering to Absolute Beginners, Beginners, and Advanced speakers

7:45 PM - 8:00 PM: Final remarks and closing with all participants
