Welcome to the Sunday Afternoon World Mates Meetup!

Join us every weekend to meet new friends, have fun, and engage in interesting conversations with over 60 expats, tourists, and locals. Regardless of your language level or experience, our friendly hosts will make you feel right at home!

We have a dedicated area at TsingTao 1903 Beer Bar (Jing An Temple Branch) reserved for our meetup. Just ask the bar staff for "Language Exchangers Shanghai" and they will guide you to our group.

Here's how the event works:

• RSVP and make the payment on our meetup page before coming to the event.
• Show your ticket to the hosts for check-in and receive a wristband.
• Enjoy your first welcome drink for free or order something else from the bar.
• Grab a seat, introduce yourself, and join in topic discussions.
• At 4:15 PM, participate in a stand-up free networking chat.

The cost and payment methods are as follows:

• Online on WeChat mini-program (Get ¥5 refund on-site if you RSVP before Saturday 11:59 PM on meetup)
• Female:
  • ¥40/person (Only 15 Early bird spots)
  • ¥50/person
• Male:
  • ¥50/person (Only 15 Early bird spots)
  • ¥60/person
• At Door: ¥70/person (all genders)

To purchase tickets, scan the QR code in the photo album below and make the payment via WeChat Mini Program. Your registration will be valid after the payment is made.

Please note that all tickets include one free drink. Refunds are only available if the event is canceled. Your credit can be transferred to the next event on the same day of the following week, but only if you are unable to attend the event you've already paid for.

Check-in time is from 3:00-3:30 PM. If you arrive between 3:30-4:00 PM, please inform Eric in the group chat that you'll be late. Check-in will not be accepted after 4:00 PM.

If you can no longer attend the event, please update your RSVP to free up space.

Time: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM every Sunday (Please arrive on time or a bit early, and feel free to leave anytime)
