Welcome to the Beijing Happy Chinese Corner!
Join us for an exciting opportunity to make new friends and engage in insightful conversations, all in Chinese!

This event is open to both Chinese friends who are interested in interacting with friendly and interesting Chinese-speaking foreigners, as well as foreign friends who are learning Chinese and want to meet new people while practicing their language skills.

Every week, we gather at a cozy cafe for a 2-hour session. During the first hour, we begin with a round of self-introductions in Chinese. Following that, we take turns reading and translating a short and fascinating article in Chinese from https://www.slow-chinese.com/. This activity is excellent for improving both English and Chinese language abilities. In the second hour, we have free-flowing conversations in Chinese, allowing everyone to mingle and have a great time.

Occasionally, we also organize additional activities such as KTV, outdoor adventures, and pizza nights to further strengthen our bonds and create memorable experiences.

At the Beijing Happy Chinese Corner, we believe in fostering friendship, having fun, and gaining a deeper understanding of each other's cultures.

To participate in the event, all you need to do is purchase one drink or snack from the counter. It's that simple!
