Welcome to the Beijing Happy Chinese Corner! Join us for an exciting opportunity to make friends, share insights, and experiences... all in Chinese!

Chinese speakers and learners alike are invited to engage in lively discussions with friendly and interesting individuals from around the world who can speak Chinese.

This event is perfect for those who want to practice their Chinese language skills while making new friends and having fun!

Every week, we meet at a cozy cafe for a two-hour session. During the first hour, we begin with self-introductions in Chinese. Then, we take turns reading and translating short, interesting articles in Chinese from https://www.slow-chinese.com/. This activity is a great opportunity to practice both English and Chinese. In the second hour, we have free mingling time to chat in Chinese.

Occasionally, we also organize additional activities such as KTV, outdoor events, and pizza nights.

Our main goal at Chinese Corner is to foster friendship, have fun, and gain a deeper understanding of different cultures.

The only cost to participate is the purchase of one drink or snack at the cafe counter.
