Join us at MADISON PUB, conveniently located behind Spadina Station, for an exciting evening of language and cultural exchange!

If TorontoBabel has enriched your language journey, helped you forge new friendships, or given you a sense of belonging, we invite you to contribute. No amount is too small, and every donation is deeply appreciated. We’ve also reintroduced nametags for you to write your name, the languages you speak, and the languages you wish to learn or enhance.

EVENT OVERVIEW

Embrace the multicultural essence of Toronto with TorontoBabel! Unlike many groups that focus on a single language, we offer a unique platform to practice a variety of languages. At our regular meetups, you’ll find native speakers of French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, German, Polish, Italian, Cantonese, Turkish, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Farsi, and more. All language learners, from beginners to fluent speakers, are welcome!

HOW IT WORKS

TorontoBabel is a vibrant language exchange community where you can assist others in learning your native language, while also gaining insights from fellow members eager to teach you theirs. We typically organize groups practicing various languages and will guide you to the right ones. If you’re confident in finding native speakers of your preferred language, feel free to navigate on your own!

If it's your first time at a TorontoBabel event, don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to our wonderful Event Organizers, FARINAZ and TERRY. They can connect you with native speakers of your desired language and introduce you to others interested in learning your language.
