OVERVIEW

Toronto stands out as one of the world’s most diverse cities. Take full advantage of this multicultural landscape with TorontoBabel! Unlike other groups that focus on a single language, we provide a platform to practice multiple languages. At our events, you’ll find native speakers of French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, German, Polish, Italian, Cantonese, Turkish, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Farsi, and many more! Regardless of your language proficiency—beginner or fluent—everyone is welcome!

HOW IT WORKS

TorontoBabel is designed as a language exchange group. You can assist others in learning your native language while they aid you in learning theirs. Participants typically gather in groups practicing various languages such as French, Spanish, and Korean. You're also free to seek out native speakers of your preferred language on your own!

If this is your first TorontoBabel event, be sure to introduce yourself to our fantastic Event Organizers, FARINAZ and TERRY. They will guide you to native speakers of the language you’re interested in and can connect you with individuals eager to learn your language.
