Join us for an exciting update to our language exchange events! We are thrilled to announce that TorontoBabel will now be held at the charming and welcoming Bampot House.

At Bampot House, you'll find a unique and artsy atmosphere, along with an extensive selection of teas from around the world, drinks, and affordable yet delicious food options. It's the perfect setting to practice languages and make new friends!

OVERVIEW

Toronto is known for its multiculturalism, and TorontoBabel embraces this diversity! Unlike other language groups that focus on a single language, TorontoBabel provides a unique opportunity to practice multiple languages. Our gatherings attract native speakers of French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, German, Polish, Italian, Cantonese, Turkish, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Farsi, and many more. Don't be shy! We welcome learners of all levels, from beginners to native fluency!

HOW IT WORKS

TorontoBabel is a language exchange group where you can help others learn your native language while learning theirs in return. We usually have designated groups for practicing different languages like French, Spanish, Korean, etc., and we'll guide you to the relevant groups. However, if you're comfortable finding native speakers of your preferred language on your own, that's perfectly fine too!

If it's your first time attending a TorontoBabel event, please introduce yourself to our Event Organizer, Farinaz. They will connect you with native speakers of the language you're interested in and facilitate introductions with those who want to learn your language.
