Get ready for an unforgettable night of language exchange and cultural immersion at TorontoBabel's Language & Cultural Exchange Night! Join us on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 7:00 PM at Rivoli, a vibrant meeting place in the heart of downtown Toronto.

At TorontoBabel, we believe in breaking down language barriers and connecting people from all backgrounds. Whether you're a beginner or a fluent speaker, come practise foreign languages, make new friends, and mingle with our diverse international crowd. And if you're feeling competitive, you can also enjoy pool tables and foosball at half price if you're part of the meetup!

Toronto is one of the most multicultural cities in the world, and TorontoBabel is your chance to take advantage of it. Unlike other language groups that focus on one language, we offer a unique opportunity to practise many languages. Our members include native speakers of French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, German, Polish, Italian, Cantonese, Turkish, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Farsi, and many more. Don't be shy - everyone is welcome!

Here's how it works: TorontoBabel is a language exchange group where you can help people learn your native language, and other members can help you learn theirs. We usually have groups of people practising French, Spanish, Korean, and other languages, and we'll show you where they are. If you prefer to find native speakers of your favourite language yourself, that's fine too!

If it's your first time attending a TorontoBabel event, please introduce yourself to our host Terry. He'll direct you to native speakers of the language you're interested in, and he'll also introduce you to people who want to learn your language. Please remember to talk to us first so we know who's who.
