I think sport is very important

physical : @ least half an hour a day

intellectual : very important for mental health : @ least one hour a day

My teacher asks me to discuss with correspondents the topic of the health (mental and physical).

First, I like the sport! I try to make it 2 - 3 times a week because it is important for the health. I practice the running, the handball, the football, the fitness, …  I also had a practice of the swimming in a club during 5 years but I stopped 2 years ago (lack of time because of the studies).

And you,

-                  Does he/she like sports  ?

-                  What kind of sports does he/ she practice?

-                  What is he/she doing to preserve his/ her health?

-                  Do people of his/her country give a lot of importance to health?
