Join us every week as we gather over 150 participants from more than 23 countries for our language exchange, where you can practice a new language while making friends over a refreshing beer.🍻
At New To Melbourne, you'll immediately feel the warm and welcoming community atmosphere; our members are friendly, helpful, and eager to embrace new faces. We encourage you to bring along a friend for an enjoyable language practice session! Our language exchange is absolutely free and takes place every Wednesday evening. Arrive at 6 PM for inexpensive food and drinks if you're looking for dinner! 🍻🍟

Upon arrival, you will receive a name badge indicating your native language and the languages you wish to learn. Display these badges with your native language on the right and the languages you're learning on the left. Then, mingle and start exchanging languages!
Remember to bring: a pen, paper, and your positive energy!
Age Requirement: 18+

===== FREE PIZZA AND BEVERAGES FOR VOLUNTEERS! =====
We are in search of friendly volunteers to assist and welcome newcomers to our group. In return, we provide free drinks and food (like pizza wedges) plus a supportive team of fellow volunteers to connect with. If it’s your first time here, feel free to apply—our volunteers are often newcomers as well!
