* Please note that no refunds will be given if you miss the bus. Ensure that you allow sufficient time for travel delays when getting to the meeting point. Refunds or date transfers made 7 days prior to the event/tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds or date transfers made 4 days prior will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
* For refunds or date transfers, please utilize Eventbrite's Refund feature (do not email us).
* We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic. Changes to the itinerary due to traffic conditions are not subject to refunds or reimbursements.
* Ticket transfers or reselling to another person is not permitted.
* Tickets can be transferred once, but additional date transfers cannot be provided. Once tickets are transferred to another date or person, they cannot be refunded.
