During our two-hour sessions, you'll be paired with native speakers for a series of 10-minute conversations. Just by attending twice a week, you can connect with a remarkable number of language partners, making your journey to fluency both enjoyable and effective.

While there are no shortcuts to mastering Spanish, Spanglish is so enjoyable that you'll want to dive right in! Our event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in, allowing you to meet fellow Spanglish enthusiasts—about half of our attendees are first-timers! After some ice-breaking fun, you'll head to your assigned table for your first one-on-one conversation. Don’t stress about making mistakes; everyone is here to learn and share experiences! You’ll chat for 5 minutes in English, then switch to 5 minutes in Spanish before moving on to a new partner. By the second rotation, you’ll be so engaged that you might forget you’re learning!

What topics do we cover at Spanglish? You can discuss anything that interests you! From favorite superheroes to culinary delights, we create a relaxed environment where you can practice your language skills while talking about things you love.

Who can join Spanglish? Our events attract study abroad students, international scholars, local Argentine students learning English, and anyone seeking a flexible and welcoming space to improve their conversational abilities.

Simply head to the bar during the check-in period, where our friendly Spanglish staff will assist you with the registration process!

► HOW DOES IT WORK?
At each session, you'll engage in a series of 10-minute conversations with native speakers. By attending just twice a week for two hours, you'll connect with numerous language partners, enhancing your speaking skills and confidence. Our 40-minute check-in lets you mingle with other participants, ensuring you feel welcome as you embark on this language adventure. You’ll chat for 5 minutes in English and then switch to Spanish, rotating through multiple partners throughout the evening. We guarantee you’ll be having such a great time that you might forget you’re learning!
