Join us for the "Spanglish Thursday Language Exchange" in Palermo every Thursday at 7:00 PM, starting March 13, 2025! This engaging event offers a unique opportunity to connect with native speakers through interactive 10-minute conversations during our two-hour sessions. By attending just two times a week, you can maximize your practice and meet a diverse range of language partners.

Discover what to expect at Spanglish!

While there are no shortcuts to mastering Spanish, our Spanglish sessions are so enjoyable that you won't want one! The event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in where you can mingle with fellow Spanglishers—about half our attendees are new each week! After some light ice-breaking activities, you’ll be assigned a table to begin your first one-on-one conversation. Don’t stress about making mistakes; everyone is here to learn together! Each session consists of 5 minutes of English conversation followed by 5 minutes in Spanish, after which you’ll switch partners. By the time you reach the second rotation, you’ll be having so much fun, you’ll forget you’re even learning!

What Topics Do We Discuss?
The topics are entirely up to you! There are no set subjects—converse about anything from your favorite superheroes to the best local eateries. This relaxed environment makes it easy and enjoyable to practice your language skills while discussing things you love!

Our events attract a vibrant mix of study abroad students, international visitors, local Argentine students learning English, and anyone seeking a friendly, flexible, and budget-friendly space to enhance their conversational abilities.

Event Fee:
The cost for attending is AR$6000 per event.

How to Join Us?
Simply head to the bar during check-in time, where our friendly Spanglish staff will be available to register you!

How It Works:
Each session features a series of 10-minute conversations with native speakers, ensuring you get ample speaking practice. The initial 40 minutes are dedicated to check-in and socializing, followed by assigned tables for your first conversation. There's no need to worry about mistakes; every participant is there to learn. You’ll switch partners after every 10 minutes, and we guarantee that by the second round, you’ll be too engrossed in the fun to think about anything else!
