By attending just twice a week, you’ll maximize your opportunities to interact and practice with a diverse group of native speakers.

While there’s no fast track to mastering Spanish, the excitement of Spanglish will keep you motivated! Our event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in where you can mingle with fellow participants—approximately half are newcomers! After some ice-breaking, you'll be assigned to your first conversation partner. Don't stress about making mistakes; everyone is here to learn! Engage in a fun exchange where you’ll spend 5 minutes speaking English, then switch to 5 minutes in Spanish before moving on to another partner. By your second rotation, we guarantee you’ll be enjoying yourself so much that you’ll forget you’re learning!

What topics can you discuss at Spanglish?
The conversation is open-ended! From discussing your favorite superheroes to sharing restaurant recommendations, you’ll find that chatting in a casual atmosphere about subjects you love is the perfect way to improve your language skills.

Our community includes study abroad students, international learners, local Argentine students studying English, and anyone seeking a comfortable, budget-friendly environment to enhance their conversational abilities.

►How Does the Event Operate?

Experience the joy of learning as you’re paired with native speakers for a series of 10-minute conversations in a two-hour session. Just attend twice a week for two hours, and you’ll meet an incredible number of native speakers.
There’s no shortcut to achieving Spanish fluency, but the thrill of Spanglish will keep you engaged! The event starts with a 40-minute check-in, allowing you to connect with other Spanglishers—many of whom will be joining for the first time! After some initial mingling, you’ll be directed to your first conversation table. No need to fear mistakes; your partner is learning too! Enjoy 5 minutes of English conversation followed by 5 minutes in Spanish, then switch partners to keep the conversation flowing. By the second round, we assure you’ll be having so much fun, you’ll forget you’re in a learning environment!
