Welcome to Spanglish Saturday Language Exchange Palermo!

Join us every Saturday at 7:00 PM for a unique language learning experience. Meet native speakers in a series of 10-minute conversations during our two-hour session. Attending at least twice a week will give you the opportunity to practice with a diverse group of native speakers.

At Spanglish, we believe that there are no shortcuts to Spanish fluency, but that doesn't mean learning has to be boring. Our events start with a 30-minute check-in where you can get to know your fellow Spanglishers. Don't worry if you're new, as about half of our attendees are first-timers. After some ice-breaking activities, you'll be assigned to a table for your first one-on-one conversation. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, as your conversation partner is in the same boat. You'll converse for 5 minutes in English and 5 minutes in Spanish before moving on to a new conversation partner. By the second rotation, you'll be having so much fun that you'll forget you're even learning!

At Spanglish, we believe in creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment for language practice. That's why we don't have set topics for conversation. Talk about anything you want, from your favorite superheroes to your favorite restaurants. It's the best way to practice another language – hanging out and talking about things you know and enjoy!

Who attends Spanglish? Our events attract study abroad students, international students, local Argentine students studying English, and anyone looking for a flexible, affordable, and comfortable environment to practice their conversation skills.

The cost of each event is AR$2500, payable at the venue. Alternatively, you can get the Spanglish package for 4 events at AR$9000. And here's the best part – you can enjoy our virtual language exchange events for FREE!

To join, simply go directly to the bar during the check-in time and look for a Spanglish Staff member who will register you!

►HOW DOES IT WORK?

Get paired with native speakers in a series of 10-minute conversations during our two-hour session. Attending at least twice a week, for 2 hours at a time, will give you the opportunity to meet and practice with a diverse group of native speakers. Learning Spanish fluently takes time, but with Spanglish, the learning process is so enjoyable that you won't even want a shortcut! Our events start with a 40-minute check-in where you can get to know your fellow Spanglishers. About half of our attendees are new, so don't worry if you're a beginner. After some ice-breaking activities, you'll be assigned to a table for your first conversation. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, as your conversation partners are in the same boat. You'll converse for 5 minutes in English, 5 minutes in Spanish, and then move on to a new group of conversation partners.
