Welcome to Spanglish Thursday Language Exchange Palermo!

Join us every Thursday for a unique language learning experience. At Spanglish, you'll have the opportunity to engage in 10-minute conversations with native speakers. With just two hours of your time, attending at least twice a week, you'll meet and practice with a diverse range of native speakers.

Our journey begins with a 30-minute check-in, where you'll have the chance to meet fellow Spanglishers. Don't worry if you're new, as half of the attendees are usually first-timers. After some ice-breaking activities, you'll be assigned to a table for your first one-on-one conversation. No need to fear mistakes, as your conversation partner is in the same boat! You'll spend 5 minutes conversing in English and 5 minutes in Spanish before moving on to a new partner. By the second rotation, you'll be having so much fun that you'll forget you're learning.

What can you talk about at Spanglish? The possibilities are endless! From discussing your favorite superheroes to sharing recommendations for the best restaurants, you'll have the freedom to choose topics that interest you.

Spanglish is open to study abroad students, international students, local Argentine students studying English, and anyone seeking a flexible and affordable environment to enhance their conversation skills.

The event costs AR$2500. Alternatively, you can opt for the Spanglish package, which includes four events for AR$9000. Additionally, we offer virtual language exchange events for free!

►How does it work?

Get ready to be paired with native speakers for a series of 10-minute conversations during each two-hour session. By attending just two times a week, you'll have the opportunity to meet and practice with an unmatched number of native speakers.
There are no shortcuts to Spanish fluency, but with the enjoyable experience of Spanglish, you won't even want one! The event kicks off with a 40-minute check-in, allowing you to get acquainted with other Spanglishers. After some ice-breaking activities, you'll head to an assigned table for your first conversation. Don't worry about making mistakes, as your conversation partners are in the same boat! You'll spend 5 minutes conversing in English, followed by 5 minutes in Spanish, and then rotate to a new group of conversation partners. By the second rotation, you'll be having so much fun that you'll forget you're learning.
