How to contribute to a language which I totally don't understand?

You can search for them on the internet, and paste here (better have the origin marked), don't be worry if it's not protected by copyright. If you are not sure which meaning a word should be in a specific situation, you can enter the word in your known language on Wikipedia, and view the page in that language. Vice versa. It's precious if those languages relatively not popular are contributed to.

What should I do if I don' have enough time to create a whole lesson?

You can create an incompleted lessons, even only a few words, other people would complete it. You don't have to complete a lesson at once.
