Plural of words in -al

    The words in in -al have their plural in -aux.

Exceptions

But there are some exceptions whose the plural is -als, we have 9 words with the plural in-als, and they are:

   -Chacal = Chacals /  {Jackal}
   -Aval =Avals   /   {Downstream}
   -Bal  =Bals   /  {Bal}
   -Carnaval =Carnavals  /  {Carnival}
   -Corral  =Corrals  /  {Corral}
   -Récital =Récitals  /  {Recital}
   -Régal  =Régals  /   {Treat, Delight}
   -Festival =Festivals  /  {Festival}
   -Final  =Finals  /   {Final}
