Not as such, However, while "although" is written, as you have done so, as a single word, "eventhough" is expressed, in American and British usage, in two words, i.e., "even though".
The two expressions carry (roughly) the same meaning.

a) Although she did not want to, Sarah went to the dance.
Are used for the same meaning, expressing the idea of contrast. When you’re using these words, remember that there has to be a contrast.


b) Even though she did not want to, Sarah went to the dance.
You can’t use “although”, “even though” and “though” when the two parts of the sentence are similar. You can find detailed explanations and examples below.  


Example 2: Slightly different meaning(s)

a) Although it was a cool day, I went swimming.
'''“Even Though“''' we use “even though“ when we’re talking about a real situation. We use it to express a fact or when we think something is true.  
Allow me to illustrate with an example:

* Everyone enjoyed the trip to the final although we lost the match!


As you can see, while there is a very slight "nuance" of different meaning in "example 2", the two expressions still carry (roughly) the same meaning.

What is the difference between "Although" and "Even though"?

The two expressions carry (roughly) the same meaning.

There is a nuance of difference between "Although" and "Even though" expressions in certain, but very few, instances...

Is there a difference between : ''Although, and Even though''? Are all subordinating conjuctions, which connect two sentences together.

“Although” means “in spite of something”.

“Even Though“ we use “even though“ when we’re talking about a real situation. We use it to express a fact or when we think something is true.   Allow me to illustrate with an example:

  • Although the room is big, it won't hold all that furniture.
  • Everyone enjoyed the trip to the final although we lost the match!
  • Although we don't agree, I think she's a brilliant speaker.
  • Even though we don't agree, I think she's a brilliant speaker.
  • Even though I was only six, I can still remember the story.
