nomoskaar: general greeting নমস্কার৷ 
assalamu alaikum: Muslim greeting অস্সলামু অলযকুম৷ 
walaikum assalam: reply to অস্সলামু অলযকুম অলযকুম অস্সলামু৷
shuprovat: morning greeting সুপ্রভাত৷ 
shubh oporanho: afternoon greeting শুভ অপরাহ্ন৷
tumi kemon āccho: how are you? informal to one person তুমি কেমন আছ?
kemon ācchen: how are you? কেমন আছেন?
āpni kemon ācchen: how are you? আপনি কেমন আছেন?
āpani kemon āccho: how are you? formal to one person আপনি কেমোন আচ্ছেন?
āpanārā kemon āccho: how are you? formal to a group of people আপনারা কেমোন আচ্ছেন?
tui kemon ācchis: how are you? informal to one person তুই কেমোন আচ্ছিশ?
tomarā kemon āccho: how are you? informal to a group of people তোমরা কেমোন আচ্ছো?
tora kemon ācchis: how are you? informal to a group of people তোরা কেমোন আচ্ছিশ?
bhālo: reply to তুমি কেমন আছ and আপনি কেমন আছেন ভালো৷
āmi bhālo ācchi: reply to তুমি কেমন আছ and আপনি কেমন আছেন আমি ভালো আছি৷
shagotam: welcome greeting to a visitor স্বাগতম৷
