The personal pronouns in Spanish are:

Yo = I

Tú = You (singular)

Usted = You (singular)

Vos = You (singular)

Él = He

Ella = She

Nosotros = We

Ustedes = You (plural)

Vosotros = You (plural - masculine)

Vosotras = You (plural - feminine)

Ellos = They (masculine)

Ellas = They (feminine)

The singular second person: in a formal context, Spanish speakers use "usted" insted of "tú".  "Tú" is used when we are talking to someone of the same rank, or the same age, with friends.

In Argentina and Uruguay is used "vos" instead of "tú". In this case, the conjugation of the verbs change as well.

If you are a beginner in Spanish, it's better to learn first the "tú" form, and then, the others.

The plural second person: in Latin America it's always "ustedes". But in Spain "ustedes" is only used in formal contexts, and in informal contexts they use "vosotros" (masculine) and "vosotras" (feminine).
