To say something like "you've got a beautiful hair" " you've got beautiful eyes" in Spanish we say:

« Tienes un hermoso cabello. » « Tienes unos hermosos ojos. »

You've got - Tienes

A beautiful - Un hermoso (or) unos hermosos (Plural)

Hair - Cabello

Eyes - Ojos

To say "you're the most beautiful girl in the world" is:

« Eres la chica más linda del mundo. »

You're - Eres

The most beautiful girl - La chica más linda

In the wold - Del mundo

Another compliment is "I think about you every minute"

« Pienso en tí cada minuto. »

I think about you - Pienso en tí

Every minute - Cada minuto

But sometimes we say "I think about you all the time"
