Expressing disbelief
When you want to show disbelief in what someone is saying, these expressions might come in handy:

- Person 2: باڵایەوە! (Bala(y)awé!) (Nonsense! / Rubbish!)
- Person 1: دەخەنی هەموو دیوانەکان رۆژایەکی دیاری کردیتەوە؟ (Dexenî hem(w)ó dyewanekan rojayeke dyarikerditewé?) (Did you really choose a single day for the weddings of all the poets?)
- Person 2: وایستە! (Waysté!) (That's incredible! / Are you kidding?)
