The conditional mood in Gujarati is formed by adding the suffixes -เช, -เชตเซเช, -เชตเซ, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซ, -เชตเซเชเชฅเชพเช, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเช, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเชจเซ, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเชจเซเช, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเชจเซเชตเชพเชณเซ, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเชจเซเชเชตเชพเชณเซ, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเชจเซเชตเชพเชณเซเชฏเซเช, -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเชจเซเชเชตเชพเชณเซเชฏเซเช to the verb stem.

The suffixes are added to the verb stem depending on the person and number of the subject.
- For the first person singular (I), the suffix -เช is added.
- For the second person singular (you), the suffix -เชตเซเช is added.
- For the third person singular (he/she/it), the suffix -เชตเซ is added.
- For the first person plural (we), the suffix -เชตเซเชเชฅเซ is added.
- For the second person plural (you), the suffix -เชตเซเชเชฅเชพเช is added.
- For the third person plural (they), the suffix -เชตเซเชเชฅเซเช is added.

The conditional mood is used to express a hypothetical situation or an event that may or may not happen in the future. It is also used to express wishes and desires.
For example:
- If I had more time, I would go for a walk. (เชฎเชจเซ เชตเชงเซ เชธเชฎเชฏ เชนเซเชฏ เชคเซ เชฎเชจเซ เชชเชเชฒเซเช เชเชพเชตเซเช เชนเชคเซเช.)
- I wish I could fly. (เชฎเชจเซ เชเชกเซเชฏเซเช เชนเชคเซเช เชคเซ เช เชเซเช เชฐเชนเซเชฏเซเช.)
- If I had enough money, I would buy a car. (เชฎเชจเซ เชชเซเชฐเซเช เชชเชฐเชฟเชถเซเชฐเชฎ เชนเซเชฏ เชคเซ เชฎเชจเซ เชเชพเชฐ เชเชฐเซเชฆเซ เชนเชคเซ.)
