Reduction in an adjective in Turkish

Add the following suffixes in an adjectives: -ce, -cik, - (i) msi, (i) mtırak. .

Reduction in Adjectives

It is made with the suffixes' -ce, -cik, - (i) msi, (i) mtrak en added to adjectives.

• Büyükçe bir evdi.(Close to the big but not exactly big)

• Yeşilimsi bir rengi vardı.(Not full green, close to green)

• Ekşimtırak bir tadı vardı.(The taste was close to sour.)

• Küçücük ayakları vardı.(Smaller than small)
