Polish Vocabulary - List of confused words

So here you go. I'm going to prepare for you a list of confused words in Polish (and I'm going to update it if there's a need). Sit down and take a break, because it may be a bit sophisticated for you, but believe me - nothing is too hard to be understood, so don't get discouraged.

1. lód - means ice lud - means people/folk

2. więc - means "so, consequently" wiec - means "rally mass meeting"

3. efektywny - effective (skuteczny, wydajny) efektowny - impressive (imponujący, pokaźny)

4. gorący - hot gorejący - ardent (żarliwy, gorliwy, zagorzały) (it's kind of very sublime word)
