Here are the seven days of the week in Rundi:

Cultural Tip[edit | edit source]

In Burundi, most people start their workweek on Monday and end it on Saturday. Sunday is typically reserved for religious observances and rest.

  • Person 1: Muri ukuwikorera uwa mbere? (What are you doing on Monday?)
  • Person 2: Ndashaka gutuka ku mateka ni Kuri. (I want to go out on Tuesday.)
