Fun Facts[edit | edit source]

- The color purple was once more valuable than gold in ancient times, as it was difficult to produce and obtain. - In Mesopotamia, the color blue was associated with the gods and the heavens. - In many parts of the world, the color black is associated with mourning or sadness, but in Mesopotamian Arabic culture, it is associated with strength and power.
