دو | do | two |

Interesting facts about numbers in Iran[edit | edit source]
In Iran, certain numbers are considered lucky or unlucky. For example, the number 13 is considered an unlucky number and is avoided by many Iranians. The number 7, on the other hand, is considered a lucky number, and is often seen in Persian literature and poetry as a symbol of perfection and completion.
The Persian New Year, or "Nowruz", is celebrated on the first day of spring (March 20th or 21st) and is traditionally a time for cleaning and renewing the home. One popular custom during Nowruz is "Haft Seen", which involves decorating a table with seven symbolic items that start with the letter "S" in Persian. Each of these items is believed to represent good fortune for the coming year.
