Igbo Grammar - Conditional Mood

  • If I had money, I would buy a car. - Ọ bụrị nnọọ, ọ nweghị ihe nke a.
  • If I were rich, I would travel around the world. - Ọ bụrị nnukwu, ọ nweghị ebe a na-abịa.
  • If I had more time, I would learn Igbo. - Ọ bụrị ọsọ, ọ nweghị asụsụ Igbo.

The conditional mood is used in many different contexts. It can be used to express wishes, desires, and hypothetical situations. It can also be used to make polite requests or to give advice.
