Kah-ming-ahwg oog boog-naw ngah pah-nah-hohn nah-hee-mohng oosah sah mga hee-noong-dahn ngah-nohng mah-glee-sood kah ohg gah-my oog mah-sah-keet ahng ee-mohng lah-was. Cold and chilly weather can be one of the reasons why your body feels a little bit painful and weak.

Allergies can be caused by many things, such as pollen or dust.
