In today's lesson, we will be discussing the conditional mood in Avaric. This is an important part of the language and understanding it will help you to communicate more effectively.

What is the Conditional Mood?[edit | edit source]

The conditional mood is used to express a hypothetical situation or a wish. It is also used to express politeness when making requests.

  • I wish I could speak Avaric fluently.
  • Could you please help me with this exercise?

How to Form the Conditional Mood[edit | edit source]

The conditional mood is formed by using the verb stem + the conditional suffix. The verb stem is the part of the verb that remains after removing the infinitive ending.

  • Verb: parir (to give)

* Verb stem: par- * Conditional form: parirí

  • Verb: komir (to come)

* Verb stem: kom- * Conditional form: komirí

When to Use the Conditional Mood[edit | edit source]

The conditional mood is used in the following situations:

  • To express a hypothetical situation or a wish.
  • To make polite requests.
  • To express a possibility or probability.
