🤷‍♂️🌎Who is this event for?
This event is for language learners who want to practice speaking with native speakers and learn from fellow learners. All languages and proficiency levels are welcome!

🤷‍♂️🗣How does it work?
Upon arrival, please find an organizer who will assist you in making a nametag and finding a seat.

There will be multiple tables based on attendance, each dedicated to English plus another language. Our popular tables include Spanish, Chinese, French, Japanese, German, Korean, and Russian. Occasionally, we also have tables for Italian, Portuguese, Hebrew, and Arabic. If your language is not listed, we have a "General/Mix table" where you can connect with like-minded individuals. To make it easier for us to assist you, please inform the organizers of all the languages you speak or practice when you arrive. Commenting below with your language skills will increase your chances of finding practice partners at the event.

We encourage participants to spend equal time practicing and helping others.

🤷‍♂️📌Where?
Due to the rain forecast, the event will be held at the 550 Madison Public Park, an outdoor atrium with a roof. You can find the location on Google Maps here.

💵 Suggested contribution:
We kindly request a contribution of $1 or more from all attendees. You can pay in cash or via Venmo @langroops. Your support enables us to continue organizing exciting language learning events.

🥤We provide bottled water at the entrance for $1. Simply drop the amount in the box.

🚫To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask participants to avoid discussing political and religious topics and refrain from any form of solicitation. This is not a dating event, so please be considerate of others' comfort. If you encounter any inappropriate behavior, please approach one of the organizers.
