Join us for an enjoyable and relaxed French conversation experience at a local bar.

"French Conversation in Brooklyn" is a conversational circle in French that takes place on Friday evenings.

Whether we meet at a café, bar, or park near the heart of Brooklyn and various subway lines, there will be a French-speaking host (me) to guide the conversation and provide assistance when needed. The venue may vary for each session, but wherever we are, you will have ample opportunity to practice the French language and meet fascinating individuals.

The aim of this group is to offer participants (of all levels except beginners) the chance to converse in French.

In this group, we communicate exclusively in French.

Level: From weak intermediate and above.

About the Event

"French Conversation in Brooklyn" is a biweekly gathering dedicated to practicing the French language.

Join us at various locations in Brooklyn, such as bars, cafes, or parks, conveniently located near central Brooklyn and several subway lines. Our French-speaking host (me) will lead the conversation, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. Although the location may change, you can always expect to engage in meaningful French conversations and make new connections.

The primary objective of this group is to provide participants of all proficiency levels with an opportunity to practice their French language skills.

During our sessions, we communicate exclusively in French. Don't worry if you're still learning; we are here to support you if you encounter any difficulties. The recommended level to attend is weak intermediate or higher. If you find it challenging to follow the discussion, I'm more than happy to repeat or help you express yourself in ways you haven't tried before. The key to improvement is practice!
