Join us for an exciting evening at The Joinery in Bucktown for the Chicago Language Cafe meetup! Connect with fellow language enthusiasts, make new friends, and practice the language you are learning or already know. Each language will have its designated table, allowing you to freely move around and engage with multiple languages. We currently offer tables for English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Italian, and ASL.

If you're interested in other languages, let us know in the comments. We provide flags to borrow, which can help you find others who are interested in learning or teaching the same language!

To maintain the authenticity of the event, we encourage participants to primarily converse in the language of their chosen table. While it's okay to clarify things in English, we encourage you to limit its use unless you are at the English table.

If you don't speak any other languages but still want to join us, you can contribute by helping others improve their English skills. Our events attract people from all over the world who come to practice English, and they always appreciate the guidance of a native speaker.

Please note that this is a casual and social meetup with a large number of attendees. It's an opportunity to practice various languages and connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
