At the Chicago Language Cafe meetup, we'll have designated tables for various languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Italian, and ASL. Feel free to mingle and switch tables if you're multilingual! If you're interested in other languages, let us know in the comments and we'll provide flags to help you connect with others who share your language learning interests.

To create an immersive experience, we encourage everyone to use the language of the table they're sitting at. While English can be used for clarification, try to limit its use unless you're at the English table.

Even if you only speak English, you can still join us and help others improve their language skills. Many attendees come from different parts of the world to practice English, and they greatly appreciate native speakers offering assistance.

Please note that this is a lively and social gathering with a large number of participants. If you prefer a quieter and more intimate setting, this event may not be suitable. Expect a vibrant atmosphere filled with conversations and connections from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
