Join us for the exciting Chicago Language Cafe meetup at Revolution Brewing on Kedzie! Immerse yourself in a diverse linguistic environment, where you can make new friends and practice speaking the language you are learning or already know. Each language will have its own designated table, allowing you to explore multiple languages throughout the event. Our tables include English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Italian, and ASL.

If you're interested in other languages, let us know in the comments. We provide flags for borrowing, so you can easily find others who are eager to learn or teach the same language!

To maintain the authenticity of the event, we kindly ask participants to converse primarily in the language of the designated table. While clarifications in English are acceptable, please limit your use of English to the English table.

Even if you don't speak any other languages, you are still welcome to join us! Help others improve their English and connect with people from all around the world who are eager to practice their language skills.

This meetup offers a lively and social atmosphere with a large number of attendees. Prepare to engage in vibrant conversations, meet individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, and have a great time! If you prefer a quieter and more intimate conversational setting, this event may not be suitable for you. Translation: Our meetups can be noisy, crowded, and incredibly fun!

The taproom at Revolution Brewing in Avondale is conveniently located just a short walk from the Belmont Blue Line stop. Indulge in a wide variety of delicious beers brewed on site, along with snacks, sodas, and a few gluten-free options. You are also welcome to bring your own food. Please note that outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

All ages are welcome at the Tap Room, but if you plan to consume alcohol, please ensure you have a valid, PHYSICAL, original ID for verification.
