EVENT OVERVIEW

Join us for an exciting evening of language exchange at our "Language Exchange Happy Hour" on Saturday, April 12, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow language enthusiasts and practice your skills in a friendly environment.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a name tag where you can write your name, the language you speak, and the language you’re eager to practice. All languages are encouraged, but please note that we cannot guarantee a partner for every language. Don’t miss out on the largest language exchange event in the area!

ENJOY A DRINK TO GET STARTED! We kindly ask that you purchase at least one drink or food item to support the venue. We also offer non-alcoholic options for those who prefer them.

As space is limited, we recommend arriving early to secure your spot, as we often reach capacity quickly.

Please note that entry is at the organizer's discretion.

Event Guidelines:

1. This event is free and open to individuals aged 21 and over (ID required).
2. Be respectful to others and allow everyone a chance to engage in conversation.
3. We are all native speakers of one or two languages; let's be willing to help one another!
4. If you don’t speak the language the other person is practicing, kindly give them space.
5. Participants displaying rude or aggressive behavior will be removed at the organizer's discretion.
6. This is a face-to-face language exchange—please refrain from arranging online meetings via comments or direct messages.
7. We kindly ask that you avoid posting in the comment section, as it sends notifications to all attendees. For inquiries, please message the organizers directly.
8. We have a strict no-solicitation policy. If you're interested in promoting, sponsoring, or collaborating, please reach out to us at vincent.
9. Upon arrival, our team will greet you and guide you to your designated group.
10. Don’t hesitate to speak your local languages; we have diplomats present who are eager to practice with you.

11. Please be patient for the first 30 minutes as we organize everyone into their respective language groups.
12. A registration station will be available for check-in. Make sure to register on Meetup for free entry; otherwise, a cover charge will apply.
