Join us at Zorba's Cafe every Thursday evening! We will typically gather on the second floor, but if the weather is pleasant, you may find us enjoying the outdoor seating at a table on the street. If you arrive and don't see anyone upstairs, it’s likely that we’ve chosen to sit outside.

Dear group members! For those who are new to our meetups, please note that often fewer people sign up than actually attend. Our regulars are accustomed to coming at their convenience between 5:30 PM and 8 PM without needing to register. So feel free to join us!

Welcome back to our beloved venue! It's been a long-standing tradition for us to meet at Zorba's Cafe. Make your way to the second floor.

Conveniently located near the Dupont Circle Metro station, this is the same location where we've gathered every Thursday evening for several years before 2015.

Everyone is invited to join, but we kindly ask that conversations are held in Russian. For many attendees, this is a unique opportunity to practice their language skills. Plus, there are happy hour specials to enjoy!

Timing: Some attendees usually arrive by 5:30 PM, though the organizers might take a bit longer, arriving around 5:45 PM. If you get there first, please hang tight—we’ll be there soon! People often stay until at least 8 PM, so if you can’t arrive at the start, it’s absolutely fine to come later!

RSVPs: While I encourage you to RSVP, it’s worth noting that many participants come without signing up. So even if it seems like only a few are scheduled to attend, rest assured we usually have a lively group! Newcomers are always welcome, so if it’s your first time, you’re likely in good company.

Additionally, when the weather is nice, we often prefer the outdoor seating. So if you don't find anyone on the second floor, just look for the group chatting in Russian at the tables outside.

Remember, we might have only 3 or 4 people RSVP, but we often see 15 or more show up. So don’t worry about the numbers—just come and enjoy!
