Join us for an exciting Language Exchange Happy Hour! This is your chance to connect with fellow language enthusiasts. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a name tag to fill out with your name, the language you speak, and the language you wish to practice.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of the language they wish to share! Please note that while we encourage a diverse range of languages, we cannot guarantee a partner for every language spoken.

Important Guidelines:
1. This event is complimentary and open to individuals aged 21 and over (please bring your ID).

2. Respect is key! Ensure that you allow others the opportunity to engage with different partners throughout the evening.

3. We all have our native languages. Let’s offer assistance and be as accommodating as possible to one another.

4. If you cannot converse in the language another participant wants to practice, kindly refrain from engaging with them.

5. Any rude or aggressive behavior will result in removal from the event, at the discretion of the organizers.

6. This is a face-to-face event; please do not attempt to arrange online meetings through comments or direct messages.

7. Many attendees have expressed concerns about comments being posted, as they trigger notifications for everyone. For inquiries, please contact the organizers directly instead of leaving comments.

8. We maintain a strict NO SOLICITATION policy. Please refrain from promoting personal agendas at the event. If you are interested in sponsorship or collaboration, reach out to us at vincent.

9. Upon your arrival, we will welcome you and guide you to your specific language group.

10. Don’t hold back on your local languages! We have diplomats from various countries who are eager to practice with you.

11. Please be patient for the first 30 minutes while we organize everyone into their respective language groups.

12. A registration station will be available to check you in upon arrival.
