Join us for a delightful Thursday evening at Zorba's Cafe! We will gather on the 2nd floor, or if the weather permits, we’ll enjoy the fresh air seated at a street-side table. If you arrive and don’t see anyone upstairs, just head outside; that’s where the fun is!

Dear members! For those of you who haven't attended our gatherings yet - typically, fewer people RSVP than actually show up. Our regulars have learned that it’s perfectly fine to drop in anytime between 5:30 PM and 8 PM without prior registration. So feel free to join us!

Welcome back to our beloved venue! We’ve been hosting our meetups at Zorba's Cafe for many years. We look forward to seeing you on the 2nd floor!

Conveniently located near the Metro Dupont Circle station, this is where we’ve gathered every Thursday evening for many years prior to 2015.

Everyone is invited, but we ask that conversations remain in Russian. For many of us, this is a unique opportunity to practice our language skills. We also enjoy happy hour prices during our gathering!

Timing: While some attendees start arriving by 5:30 PM, our organizers may take until about 5:45 PM to get there. If you arrive first, please be patient—we will definitely show up! Typically, we stay until at least 8 PM, so if you’re running late, don’t hesitate to join us!

RSVPs: Your RSVP is appreciated, but don’t worry if you see only a few responses. Many attendees prefer to show up spontaneously. We often have a lively group, and newcomers are always welcome! If you’re planning your first visit, you’re likely not the only new face.

On pleasant evenings, we frequently sit outside, so if you don't find anyone on the 2nd floor, just look for our group conversing in Russian at the outdoor tables.

As a reminder, it’s common for just a handful of people to RSVP, while many more join us—often around 15! So, no need to worry about numbers.
