Join us for an exciting evening of language exchange at our "Language Exchange Happy Hour [SATURDAY EDITION]" on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM. This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow language enthusiasts in a relaxed setting. Upon arrival, you'll receive a name tag where you can indicate your name, the language(s) you speak, and the language(s) you’re eager to practice.

We welcome speakers of all languages! While we strive to pair you with partners who speak your desired language, we cannot guarantee availability for every language.

Here’s how it works: We will organize tables according to the various languages represented at the event, guiding attendees to their designated tables. Everyone is encouraged to participate, but remember that we cannot guarantee a partner for every language you wish to practice.

Guidelines to Follow:

1. This event is free and open to individuals aged 21 and over (please bring your ID).
2. Respect your fellow participants and allow them the chance to engage with others.
3. As most attendees are native speakers of one or two languages, we encourage everyone to assist each other and accommodate requests whenever possible.
4. If you are not proficient in the language the other person wants to practice, please do not engage further.
5. Participants exhibiting rude or aggressive behavior will be asked to leave at the discretion of the organizers.
6. This is a face-to-face language exchange; please refrain from attempting to organize online meetings through comments or direct messages.
7. To minimize distractions, please avoid posting in the comment section. For inquiries, contact the organizers directly.
8. We maintain a strict no-solicitation policy. Promoting personal agendas or businesses is not permitted at the event. For promotional inquiries, please reach out to us at vincent.
9. When you arrive, our team will welcome you and guide you to your assigned group.
10. Embrace your local languages! We have diplomats from various countries eager to practice with you.

11. Please be patient during the first 30 minutes as we organize language groups.
12. A registration desk will be available for check-in.
