EVENT DESCRIPTION

Join us for an exciting virtual language exchange and multicultural speed dating event. Explore different languages, cultures, and connect with people from around the world in a unique and fun way!

1. During the speed dating session, participants will have the opportunity to interact with individuals of the opposite gender in private chat rooms. Rotate through different chat rooms to meet and connect with everyone present.

2. Each couple will have 3 minutes for their interaction.

3. RSVP will remain open until the gender ratio is balanced. However, attendance is only guaranteed with a purchased ticket. RSVPs are regularly updated.

4. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone of the same gender.

5. Exchange contact information within the 3-minute time frame if you wish to continue getting to know each other after the event.

6. BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) - Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic.

7. Upon ticket purchase, you will receive the Event ID and Password via email.

Payment Instructions:

1. Login from a PC to access the 'Pay Now' button after RSVPing. Proceed with payment.

2. Check the correct dollar amount for the number of tickets you are purchasing.

3. For non-Paypal users, select "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card".

4. For Paypal users, log in and complete the payment process as usual.

Refund & Ticket Resell Policy

All sales are final. Full refunds are provided in case of event cancellation. Rescheduling will be communicated via email, with a refund option available within 2 calendar days of the update for those unable to attend the new date. No refunds after this period.

If you cannot attend, you may sell your ticket to another person. Notify the organizer at least two hours before the RSVP deadline on the event day with the full name of the new ticket holder.
