Join us for an immersive language experience at the World Languages Café!

Step into a welcoming environment where you can practice the language you know or are learning, engage in conversations with like-minded individuals, and broaden your cultural horizons. Enhance your fluency, learn useful travel phrases, and reconnect with your heritage language.

Our World Languages Café gatherings take place monthly, every second Thursday from 7-9pm at the Howard County Library Miller Branch. Choose a language table led by a native speaker to guide discussions. Explore languages such as ASL, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Dutch, English, and many more.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Feel free to bring food, beverages, and cultural treats to share with your tablemates.
