ABOUT THE EVENT

Join us for an exciting Language Exchange Happy Hour and Friending event! Due to current restrictions, we have limited spots available, so advance ticket purchase is required. Connect with fellow language enthusiasts, make new friends, and have a great time!

During this event, we will assign tables for each represented language, allowing attendees to connect with others who speak their desired language. All languages are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a partner for every language. After the formal session, we will rotate attendees from table to table, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to meet and socialize.

This event is perfect for individuals who are new in town or looking to expand their social circle. Whether you're interested in biking, hiking, skiing, traveling, or simply hanging out, this event is a great way to find like-minded individuals to do activities with.

Ticket price includes a Taco and your choice of House Margarita, House Wine, or House Beer. Please note that the bar will be cash only after the initial drink.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees, we kindly ask you to abide by the following rules:

1. Attendees must be 21 years or older and bring a valid ID.
2. Respect your counterparts and give them a chance to interact with others.
3. Be willing to help others with their desired language and accommodate as much as possible.
4. If you do not speak the other person's required language, please respect their space.
5. Rude or aggressive behavior will result in removal from the event at the organizer's discretion.
6. This is a face-to-face language exchange event. Please refrain from arranging online meetings.
7. If you have any questions, please message the organizers directly instead of writing in the comment box.
8. We have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitation. The event is strictly for language exchange purposes.
9. Upon arrival, our team will greet you and guide you to your respective language group.
10. Don't be shy to practice your local languages. We have diplomats assigned to different countries who would love to practice with you.

Refund & Ticket Resell

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled. In the case of rescheduling, an email will be sent to those who RSVPed 'YES'. A full refund will be given to those who notify us within 2 calendar days of the update email if they are unable to attend the new date. No refunds will be given after that time.
