Join us for an in-person Japanese language table at Columbia Maryland!

• What we'll do
Experience the joy of conversing in Japanese while sipping tea at the World Language Cafe, hosted by the Columbia Association. Engage in stimulating discussions about Japanese culture, cuisine, and all things fun, whether it's in Japanese or English. Don't worry if you're interested in other languages, as there are tables dedicated to various languages as well!

• What to bring
Bring along your topics of interest or Japanese language books. You're also welcome to bring Japanese snacks and beverages to share with the group.

• Important to know
While priority will be given to those who wish to practice their Japanese language skills, it's also enjoyable to discuss Japanese culture and food in English. As the World Language Cafe attracts people beyond our group, let's try to communicate in Japanese as much as possible. Let's make the most of this opportunity to immerse ourselves in Japanese language and culture!
