To secure your spot, purchase your ticket in advance from Eventbrite. RSVPing on the Meetup Page alone will not guarantee entry to the event.

Upon arrival, you'll receive your swag, souvenir, and wristband. If you're unable to make it by 4:00 PM, you can have a friend present your ticket and collect everything on your behalf. Just remember to text or email them the QR Code.

FAQs

Registration:
Registration is open from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please ensure you register within this time to receive your Halloween Mug and wristband. If you're unable to make it by 4:00 PM, you can have a friend present your ticket and collect everything on your behalf.

Tickets:
You must either print a copy of your ticket or have it accessible on your phone. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you can give your ticket to a friend to use.

Route:
After registration, you're free to visit any of the participating bars at your leisure. A map will be sent to all participants on the day of the event.

Dress Code:
Embrace the Oktoberfest spirit by dressing up as a Biergarten Maiden, sporting Bavarian Hats, Lederhosen, Dirndls, and more!

ID:
Please ensure you have a government-issued ID with you, as it will be checked at each participating bar. All participants must be 21 years old or older.

Weather:
The event will take place rain or shine, so come prepared for any weather conditions!

Payment Instructions:
1. Click on the ticket link and select the "Get Tickets" button after RSVPing. Then proceed to the next step.
2. Verify the correct dollar amount for the number of people you're paying for.
3. If you don't have a Paypal account, click "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card".
4. If you have a Paypal account, simply log in and pay as you normally would via Paypal.

How to Unblock the Pop-up Blocker on Your Phone

If you're using an iPhone and have a pop-up blocker enabled, it may prevent you from buying tickets. To unblock, please follow these steps (see details here).

Refund & Ticket Resell Policy

All sales are final. A full refund will only be issued if the event is canceled. In the case of rescheduling, we will notify ticket holders via email. If you're unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must inform us within 2 calendar days of receiving the update email to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after this time.

However, if you're unable to attend, you can sell your ticket to someone else. Simply post in the comment box for the event that you have a ticket for sale. Coordinate payment with the buyer directly, and kindly inform us of the full name of the person taking your spot at least two hours before the RSVP closes on the day of the event.
