Let's reminisce about the good old times! We've been gathering at Zorba's Cafe for years, and it holds a special place in our hearts. Come to the 2nd floor and immerse yourself in the warm ambiance.

Address: 1612 20th St NW, Washington, DC 20009. You'll find us conveniently located near the Metro Dupont Circle station. This is the same beloved spot where we used to meet every Thursday evening before 2015.

All language enthusiasts are welcome to practice their Russian skills in an immersive environment. Please remember to keep the conversation strictly in Russian. Take advantage of the happy hour prices and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Timing is flexible, but usually, someone will be there by 5:30 PM. Our organizers may arrive a bit later, around 5:45 PM. If you happen to be the first to arrive, don't worry, we'll be there soon! The gathering usually lasts until at least 8:00 PM, so feel free to join us even if you're running a bit late.

RSVPs are highly encouraged, but don't be discouraged if you see only a few people confirmed. We often have a larger turnout than expected and warmly welcome newcomers. You won't be the only one attending for the first time!

When the weather is pleasant, we often choose to sit outdoors. If you don't spot anyone on the second floor, simply look for the group speaking Russian at the charming street tables.

Lastly, don't fret if the RSVP count seems low. We've had instances where only a handful of people confirmed, but a lively group of around 15 showed up. So, rest assured, you'll have a wonderful time!
