Join us for an unforgettable evening under the full moon! Experience the magic of dancing music, mingle with a friendly crowd, and indulge in delicious potluck food at our Bonfire Picnic. Mark your calendars for Friday, January 26th at 3:00 PM.

We kindly request that you bring dry firewood if possible. It would be greatly appreciated! Feel free to check the CL free section in your area for some. Remember, no whole pallets are allowed; please break them up before bringing them. And calling all Karaoke singers, don't forget to bring water and cold sodas!

Dress comfortably for what promises to be a nice day and possibly a cool evening. Don't forget to bring jackets in your car and your beach chairs. Once again, if you can bring some dry firewood, it would be much appreciated!

Please note that alcohol and glass bottles are strictly prohibited on City beaches. Let's keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for everyone!

Join us for a multicultural gathering and make new friends from 20 other social Meetup groups. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds.

Prepare for a fantastic potluck experience! Bring your best main courses or big entrees. Choose something that you would love to eat, ensuring it will be there. If you plan to bring pre-cooked food, please bring a BBQ and fuel to cook it. Cutting everything into small pieces is ideal!

If you need some inspiration, consider picking up a party tray or rolled turkey sandwiches, chicken tenders, or large fresh pizzas from Costco. Don't forget to bring cases of cold sodas or water bottles too!

Remember, NO ALCOHOL (or glass) is allowed on City beaches. Compliance will be monitored to ensure everyone's safety.

The potluck will officially start around 4:00 PM, but feel free to come earlier to secure the best parking spot. You can even enjoy some games or take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Mission Bay.

Our team member Steve will arrive early to secure the furthest West double picnic tables and closest fire ring. Look for us at the North-West end of the sidewalk near the double picnic tables and fire ring.

For those coming from the North on H-5, take the Clairemont Dr offramp and turn West. Cross over 5 and then turn right onto E Mission Bay Dr. Continue to De Anza Rd.

If you're coming from the South on H-5, you can either take the Balboa/MBayDr offramp or continue South on 5 to the Clairemont Dr turn off, depending on traffic. Proceed straight on Mission Bay Dr, passing six stoplights, before taking a sharp right turn from the right lane just before entering 5 South again. Merge quickly into N Mission Bay Dr, turn right at the stop sign, and head North to De Anza Rd.

In case you miss the sharp right turn and find yourself on H-5 South, don't worry! Take the next offramp, Clairemont Dr, and get on E Mission Bay Dr going North. You'll find De Anza Rd along the way.
